Yoga & Pole™ teaches Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Meditation for all as well as Pole Dance for the everyday woman at it's Oakville Ontario studio just off Dundas between Neyagawa and Sixth Line. It's for people who want to get active in a very fun way, enrich their lives and develop both inner and outer strength. The health benefits of yoga are well-known and extensive. Yoga not only increases flexibility and builds muscle, but when practiced regularly it can also: lower blood pressure, reduce stress, improve bone health, increase blood flow, improve sleep, balance, and focus, among many additional benefits. Yoga is great for people of all shapes and sizes, fitness levels and ages. What you may not know is that Pole dancing also builds strength, flexibility and confidence as well as being a whole lot of fun! The combination of grounding meditation & yoga, the sassy fun of sensual dance and the strength building of pole moves ensures a uniquely fun way to be active and build confidence!
