Hello, I am Yogi Barbara Bhagavati. I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. A few years ago I was studying the practice of yoga in Thailand with a Yogi from India whom I greatly respect. I was schooled and scolded and was told "You think you know what yoga is all about, but you don't!"Yoga us not about dressing up in skin- tight clothing and going to a gym to work-out and sweating. Yes, the physical part is one aspect of Yoga. Yoga is much much more than that. "Yoga is really about you! Yoga is about being happy and comfortable in your own skin and with who you are. Yoga is for anybody and everyone should be comfortable while practicing yoga!" So I started on my quest to bring a truly authentic line of Yoga clothing and really a lifestyle back with me to share but also about living a balanced life while practicing and learning about yoga.
