This is a working description: The Youth Empowerment Podcast is a space where I interview leaders, influencers, champions and inspiring individuals. Listeners of the podcast may learn from these individuals and empower themselves to ascend to their potential. The reason I started this podcast was because I saw a knowledge gap amongst people my age. The education system was not teaching us the skills necessary to succeed. Skills such as the importance of mental and physical health, the importance of communication, financial literacy, life knowledge and many other topics that won't be found in the school curriculum. Through this podcast and other platforms, I hope to empower 50,000 youth by the end of 2017.
