The Young African Women in Leadership (YAWL) is an African Based young women's organization working on girl's empowerment in Civic Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Peace Building, Women's Rights and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights. YAWL works with young women by educating, empowering and developing them to pioneer change and innovation in Africa. We invest in the personal growth of young African women and undertake advocacy activities for social change. The Young African Women in Leadership works to Empower, educate and invest in women to help them realize themselves and understand their power to overcome the challenges, it entails to lead and influence change in this changing world.
