The Young Champion Ambassador (YCA) program envisions a future in which confident, resilient, and courageous young people are leading visionaries in championing and cultivating a connected world.YCA aims to break the silo of the Olympic high-performance focus by sharing with all the legacy, stories, and life lessons of the Olympic and Paralympic movement.With all this in mind, YCA begins with: an online essay competition designed to select student representatives, to participate in a one-of-a-kind youth leadership program that concludes with a international trip to the origins of the Olympic & Paralympic movement.YCA participants venture into a journey of personal growth as they master skills such as critical thinking, public speaking, networking, branding, whilst learning about the Olympic and Paralympic movement.
