Young Lab Association (YLA) is a social enterprise driven by the real needs of the South African youth. The organisation's objective is to create a platform whereby the youth are able to engage in political, entrepreneurial and motivational forums that give them the opportunity to expand their awareness and knowledge in these various fields. YLA strongly believes in youth development and thus organises various events and campaigns with the aim of providing the youth with the necessary tools, skills and knowledge to increase their effectiveness and motivation in their chosen fields and studies.The organisation organises regular workshops directed mainly at students intending to boost their morale and motivation that will, in turn, positively impact on their efficiency and commitment. We also provide seminars and workshops that focus on leadership and entrepreneurship, teaching young people the necessary knowledge and skills to become a successful business owner.The Young Lab Association believes firmly in the power of motivation, and motivating young people to begin to believe in their future and go about creating the reality that they desire. Our aim is to motivate young people to be more concerned about the effort they put into their work, behaviour and health. We advocate living a balanced life and the company has set about exposing the youth to more healthy living alternatives.The Young Lab Association seeks to manifest a reality in which the youth feel empowered and have the skill to bring about a future that is not only bright for themselves but for the country as well.Young Lab Association values individuals who strive to make a difference – whether it be at a community level or on a national scale. Thus, our team is comprised of motivated, ambitious youth, all working together to achieve a common goal.
