Young Leaders' Consortium is a dynamic platform for promoting, nurturing and implementing the concept of leadership in the country's youth. YLC focuses for the promotion of student interest in international relations and related subjects, the increase in capacity for students to engage in problem solving, the teaching of various conflict resolution methods, research skills, and communication skills, and the creation of opportunities to meet and interact with people from diverse fields and build long lasting relationships among the youth community. It currently has a wide reach of diverse youth individuals throughout the country and has been regarded as one of the fastest growing youth network.
