YLG – Young Liberals of Georgia is a youth organization that bases its ideas on the philosophy of liberalism. This means that freedom and responsibility are the core principles that guide us in our political thinking. Citizens should be free to make their own decisions and decide about their own future. The aim of YLG is to strengthen cooperation among the community of young generation and channel combined efforts towards building a better and more liberal Political, Social and Economic environment for all citizens of Georgia. Furthermore, YLG aims to play a role in the construction of the active citizenship, close cooperation with other local and international liberal organizations, educate its members through organizing seminars, publications, group travel, symposium, courses and educational meetings to promote political awareness and involvement of young people in Georgia.
