By meeting kids on their own turf, Young Life Leaders build relationships with kids and "win the right to heard".In Knoxville, 11 full-time staff, and 150 volunteer leaders are chasing after kids at 15 local high schools, with weekly Young Life Club meetings, Campaigner Bible Studies, and spectacular Young Life Camping programs.
