Young Optical Design provides over 10 years of lens and optical system design experience ranging from non-imaging collection optics for single element detectors, to complex laser-scanning microscopes for multiphoton and nonlinear optics. Additional experience includes the design of both scanning and wide-field microscopes, illumination systems, confocal fluorescent microscopes, laser optics, collimators, beam expanders and shapers, and a wide variety of fixed focal length lenses.We specialize in providing rapid designs for custom projects. We provide consultation on the requirements and quickly translate those into a design to test the design space.Additionally, we provide optical designs based off of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) optics to explore solutions with a schedule and cost advantage for custom and highly specific application.We look forward to doing business with you.
