We're creating a world where student associations, universities, organisations and leadership students work together to solve some of the universities & wider communities most complex wellness, environmental and equity issues. Empowering a small number of students to take action on issues they care about for massive impact on the wider student body through a butterfly effect of impact. We empower students through guiding and supporting them to take action and co-design solutions to the issues affecting them. The YSL's award-winning student-designed leadership program helps students become the leaders they need to be through mentorship, educational sessions, resilience and wellness modules, and a supported leadership project. All while supporting the strategic goals of Student Associations, organisations and universities we partner with through partnering in leadership programs. The Program was first started by University of Adelaide's student community The Adelaide Sustainability Association in 2017. The Program now partners with AUTSA at Auckland University of Technology & Future Proofers, Sustainable Future Collective at University of Auckland, and runs a multi university online program with a number of universities across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
