Established January 2012 by Co-Founders, Debrina Wright and DeOtis Williams Jr., they decided to make dreams become reality for teenagers who wanted to see the world and make a difference. The goal of YWF is to bridge the achievement gap and introduce cultural experiences, by allowing them to grow as global community leaders.Our mission is to cultivate global community leaders by having youth consciously connect to their communities and communities abroad.
