The Yountville Chamber of Commerce, governed by a volunteer board of directors, shall actively market the Town of Yountville and chamber members to promote tourism and local businesses while contributing to the quality of life for the community.The Chamber's primary purpose is to help local businesses succeed by: implementing programs that help to strengthen the local economy; providing networking opportunities; promoting community by producing local events and creating opportunities for individual involvement; and, marketing Yountville as a destination within a destination.The Yountville Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Information Center was established in 1991 to serve the needs of the Yountville business community. It's official designation is as a 501c(6) non-profit corporation governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors. Currently, the Chamber contracts with the Town of Yountville for Marketing, Public Relations, operation of a Visitor Information Center and Event Production. Our Visitor Information Center (VIC), located at 6484 Washington Street, Suite F, Yountville is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except major holidays. Volunteers and staff at the VIC greet upward of 45,000 visitors annually; offering computer and on-line access; Yountville logo merchandise and free information. The primary goal at the VIC is to promote Yountville businesses, our business members and provide current information and assistance to visitors.
