I help people find and land jobs that are a good fit for them.With the skills and experiences I have gained hiring for companies large and small, I have an informed perspective on what goes into an effective resume, interview, and job search strategy.Ten years ago I made my first hires as the founder of a college startup. Several years later I ventured into the world of recruiting so I could learn how to hire more effectively. Since then, companies have hired me to hire well on their behalf or to help them build systems and processes to hire more effectively as an enterprise. With Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) I hired C-Level Executives for some of the most prominent companies in the world. With Cardlytics (NASDAQ: CDLX) I hired the global CTO, then rationalized and implemented a comprehensive hiring process to prepare for an IPO, and supported them through to a successful IPO. Later on, I served as General Manager of a division of a headhunting firm where I trained, developed, and provided leadership to a team of 18 technical recruiters who hired for companies like Bloomberg, Amazon, Hulu, and ByteDance.
