The biggest problem I have encountered with all of these resources is that you must travel to so many sites, they lack both detail, and terms that a layman could understand, and they can easily frustrate the new boat adventurer.After spending the past year researching and reviewing the needs of being a boat owner, experiencing many ups and downs and some disasters, I felt it was important to develop an easy-to-read and simple handbook for anyone wishing to join the world of boating.The greatest thing about a boat is F R E E D O M. A boat can take you anywhere and as far away as you want to go.
