Your Health Matters' purpose is to educate people on the current healthcare disparity within the United States and help be a part of the solution by helping fund programs that provide the free delivery of healthcare.In addition, an application system will be developed to allow individuals who cannot afford their healthcare expenses due to issues, such as but not limited to, poverty, inability to afford health insurance, and lack of insurance coverage for necessary medical treatments and medications.As a non-profit corporation, part of our goal is to provide funding that allows people from underserved communities to afford to see the doctor for routine medical checks and physicals with the hope of lowering the nation's incidence of obesity, cardiovascular disease, cancer, strokes, among other diseases within this population.As a non-profit corporation, we plan to be able to fund necessary surgical procedures for individuals who cannot afford to pay for it on their own due to factors, such as but not limited to, poverty and inability to afford health insurance.As a non-profit corporation, our ultimate mission is to diminish the significant issue of medical debt and unwillingness to seek medical attention due to cost within the United States. Our help is to allow for everyone to receive the medical treatment they deserve and to eliminate the worry of the medical bills among these underprivileged populations. To maximize our impact on these societal issues, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c) (3) section of the internal revenue code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
