Your Horizon Coaching was born out of my desire to create a nourishing space where people can cultivate curiosity, find joy, create inner harmony and feel inspired to live a fulfilling life. Over the years, I realized I gain the most energy by supporting others to expand their own horizons, assist them in making clear decisions, feel empowered, and live with intention even in uncertain times.My own interest in personal development and my strengths in organizational leadership lead me to the realm of coaching. I thrive knowing that I can help create the space that will bring your future into focus.I am a certified Emotional Intelligence SEI assessor through Six Seconds and work using Erickson International's Solution Focused coaching methods. Your Horizon Coaching isn't about me, it's about you. My experiences have informed my world view and helped me develop the compassion, empathy and interest that fueled me to become a coach. I know we are all equipped with the resources to be resilient, resourceful and fulfilled people, and my goal is to help you cultivate what you already have!
