Your PAL Pro is an on-demand personal assistant and concierge service designed to help our clients "Live Life Easier" and to give skilled professionals a flexible income source. We connect people who can do things with people who need things done! Our goal is to provide qualified trusted and vetted assistance with whatever you want, when you want it, easily, safely and securely. Our in-house concierges are at our clients' fingertips to receive a request via phone, web or app then match the request to a PAL (Personal Assistant) Pro who provides the service. We offer customized services in 5 areas: • Driver PAL - Rides (ride share model) • Personal Assistant PAL – for tasks/errands/chores – Indoors or outdoors, customized as needed • Tech PAL – Help with technology setup or use.• Delivery PAL – Pick up and drop off food, packages, dry cleaning, etc.• Muscle PAL – Help with tasks requiring manual labor. • In-house Concierge Services We use a network of educated skilled professionals that we carefully screen and fully vet to be our PALs. Our PALs must pass drug testing, national/fed/state background check, MVR check.Our business model is On Demand so that we can respond rapidly to our clients' requests. If a PAL is available, we may be able to provide services the same day. We can also book requests in advance for our clients' convenience. All fares/fees are charged electronically after an account is set up.
