WHO WE AREYour Virtual Executives is a consortium of over 50 business coaches and strategists who have a heart for small business. Our network spans the United States and will expand internationally in by the 4th quarter of 2012. The YVE team includes successful business owners, college professors and corporate executives. We are currently concentrated in major metropolitan cities across the United States. WHO WE SERVEOur typical small business client grosses over $1,000,000 in sales annually, is positioned for growth, but needs a strategic team of experts to assess their operational readiness. Understanding the current challenges of the Supplier Diversity space, we created a Risk Mitigation Analysis (RMA) that Prime Vendors and Government Agencies use to better gauge the health of their contractors at the inception of the award and on an annual basis.WHAT IS OUR PROCESSWe listened to Entrepreneurs and realized how all-consuming some business workshops, seminars and boot camps can be for clients. Many get back to their offices excited about the new knowledge acquired but then can't quite figure out how to implement what they learned. Each of our service offerings have at the core a personalized coaching element. Clients walk away with measurable strategies and a timeframe in which to deliver.We carved out for ourselves an essential role in Supplier Diversity by creating risk management solutions that meet their immediate and long term needs.
