Our services help you through the sourcing of contractors for your specific project to completion of the project.\\Our combined experience in the construction industry brought to us a realization that there are constantly basic project needs that are meant on the contractor side, but also from home owners. As contractors, our desire was to provide the best customer service possible. We found that our representation was only as strong as the poorest of experiences with either us directly, or one of our sub-contractors. Through first-hand stories and our own experiences with construction companies, or acting as a contractor, we've discovered that any discontentment between parties could be avoided with better communication, and accountability through customer service. This is where You're the Boss comes into play.\\You can think of us like your own dedicated contracting customer service representative, personal assistant, advisor, and consultant. We work for you, not a commission, profit or markup, which makes you the boss. Our agency provides personnel who have knowledge in the construction industry. We know what to look for and what questions to ask about bids, costs, or anything relating to your home or business project.
