At YouResearch, our mission is to empower high school students through professional mentorship and real-world research opportunities, breaking the mold of how tomorrow's leaders are trained. We do this through one-on-one personalized assistance from experienced student researchers; local laboratory placement and direct mentorship as a part of our Scholars Program; and information and various resources about research programs and competitions, important happenings in academia and industry, and relevant experiences amongst our team members.Our website, YouResearch.org, has been visited by nearly 100,000 people since our launch in August 2016—and these numbers are only rising. Through our website and programs, we are building a community of empowered youth that is equipped with knowledge and investigative inquiry skills as well as a network of research professors who are committed to supporting and expanding this community.
