Youth 4 African Wildlife (Y4AW) is a registered Non-Profit Organisation working with youths to create global conservation ambassadors. The organisation was founded in 2013 by South African conservationist and businessman Dex Kotze. Our main aim is to create global conservation ambassadors and raise awareness of the plight of endangered African wildlife and wildlife crime through experiential research, social media, photography and film. This is packaged in the form of a conservation internship aimed at young adults from all over the world. We also raise awareness through community outreach aimed at young adults in areas surrounding nature reserves. We contribute to species protection by raising funds and donating them to various Non-Profit Organisations dedicated to protecting Africa's iconic species.
