Youth Experience (YXP) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in Nis, Serbia as an initiative of a group of progressive students who want to promote an active and participatory civil society in which the opinion of young people matters. Its founders believe that young educated people should be the carriers of social, economic and political progress and that they have the right to shape their own future by having access to decision-making processes on all levels. YXP founders are particularly interested in introducing systemic changes which will transform Serbia into a sound, modern European state in which young people want to stay.
