Today's business knows no borders.As international companies strive to stay competitive, leaders are increasingly being asked to apply their experience abroad. The children of these leaders are growing up in culturally rich environments, attending the 650+ international schools designed to meet their educational needs as they circulate the globe. Their skills help make these youth tomorrow's leaders, but they often lack signficant role models and deep relationships. They often question their core values and beliefs in light of their cross-cultural experiences. This can lead to confusion, difficulty forming friendships, loneliness and a sense of belonging nowhere. YouthCompass seeks to provide adult role models who can assist them in navigating life. This means providing the opportunity to explore faith and belief in a safe context. It also means a chance to celebrate life together in a place where they belong.YouthCompass is currently in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
