Youthful Impact (YFI) is a Connecticut-based entrepreneurship program that teaches youth to launch business projects and ventures that showcase their 21st century skills. In the process, youth build a strong portfolio for school and work as they demonstrate their abilities to solve real problems in their communities.YFI a rigorous and well-design mini-MBA program empowering youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to launch business ventures. They also gain an understanding of their passions and interests so that they can pursue academic and work options that align with their values. Youth complete the program more confident in themselves, and more able to advocate not just for their own needs but those of their family, friends, and community.
