People (called Students) can register and post their questions for free2. Subject Matter Experts respond with their credentials and why they are a good fit to answer the question3. Students then pick the right expert, negotiate a rate for a private 1:1 video chat for 1 hr or more with the chosen expert via a personal message board and confirm date/time of the private video chat4. A confirmation message is sent out to both parties with a video conferencing link to join at the confirmed date/time5. The two parties can then speak live and securely via video conferencing6.
