The Young Professionals Network – Northern Territory (YPN-NT) is an organisation that is run by the very people it is intended for – young professionals in the Territory. We provide opportunities for like-minded ‘next generation' professionals to meet, socialise and learn with others of varying industries, job titles and experience. YPN is open to ‘born and bred' Territorians or people who are brand new to Darwin, all of whom are keen to meet new people, catch up with friends and learn new skills. We partner with companies with similar goals and beliefs. These business support YPN to provide the best networking and event opportunities to our members, including professional development sessions, guest speakers, field trips, discussion panels, workshops and our popular ‘YPN Fridays' – casual gatherings at a Darwin bar on a Friday every second month. We enjoy great relationships with government, local and multinational business and NGO leaders in our community including mentors who help our Network and individual members. We also work alongside industry-specific networks to further our reach and provide an even larger professional community for our members to be a part of.
