Yucca Valley Material Lab (YVML) is an artists' residency and public workshop program for conceptual and traditional glass art, with a speciality in kiln-casting. Located just two hours east of Los Angeles and 15-minutes west of spectacular Joshua Tree National Monument, YVML provides glass casting kilns, cold working facilities, on-site housing, and a connection to the emerging, vibrant artist communities of the high deserts of the Imperial Valley. Our first artist-residents sessions will begin in late Spring 2019. Follow us to stay in touch as our programs develop!
