Yummy Diet has been in the diet food delivery business for 8 years now.We provide our clients with calorie counted and detailed macros corresponding with quality brands that are researched by our team of in-house Nutritionists/Dietitians, and carefully curated menus by our group of experienced chefs.Our flagship program, Low Cal by Yummy Diet was eventually followed by our Low CarbHigh Protein diet meal plan was introduced in the market in September 2017.In January 2018, we launched our new program aptly called KETO by Yummy Diet.The line aims to promote Low Carb, Moderate Protein, and High Fat intake which helps people burn fat faster and transform their physique into desired shape.Since then we have continuously and progressively added new programs including DASH or Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension.
