In 2019, Yunus Thailand was launched at the 9th Social Business Day in Bangkok, Thailand, the world's largest ever such event, attended by 1600 delegates from 61 countries. The launch coincides with the promulgation of Thailand's the new Social Enterprise Promotion Act, that aims to create an enabling environment for enterprise-led development nationwide. We will be the touch point for the Yunus network in Thailand, and work with large corporations, implementing Social Business to solve human problems.
