We have developed a family of products that interact together to finally add a level of safety to where nothing currently exists - maintenance personnel when they are working on machines and overriding safety devices. Patent designed by an industrial mechanic 14 years in the business at various companies, A key fob remote connected to a machine control gives maintenance personnel not only the ability to emergency stop the machine without being near the controls and allows them access to other machine controls. This compact module can be easily moved from machine to machine and is user specific. The design allows for adaptation modern machines and most machines in existence as a retrofit. This device has numerous built in safeties to prevent accidental start-up and ensure immediate shut down. With the ability to help companies monitor maintenance time as well, this is a versatile product with many features and adaptability for the manufacturing/warehouse user.
