The firm provides legal services to individual, public and private institutions.We are a law firm with expertise in dispute resolution (which includes Litigation and Alternative dispute resolution), corporate commercial practice, Tax related matters, Intellectual property law, Family and Succession matters etc.Our dispute resolution practice section provides courtroom advocacy services to clients in regular courts and in such special courts such as; the Investment and securities tribunal, Tax tribunal, Election petition tribunal and before administrative and or regulatory panels and special committees. This also extends to other alternative means of resolving disputes. We have also represented clients in arbitration proceedings and negotiation processes.Our personnel are seasoned in advising and implementing commercial transactions for clients, and in developing corporate governance models, investment and regulatory compliance regimes for corporates and for specific investment projects and initiatives. We provide company secretarial services to corporate clients.Our commercial practice experience includes secure credit advisory and documentation, debt recoveries, including having in-house counsel acting as receiver/liquidator. Our personnel have at different times handled debt recovery assignments for major clients.We also have experience in transaction structuring including advisory services in conducting extensive regulatory compliance, due diligence checks and evaluation and negotiations with local partners for foreign investors, as well as sector analysis and advisory for foreign businesses seeking to establish in Nigeria etc.
