Zamil Solanki is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, coach, strategist and speaker. Born to a pharmacist-mother and accountant-father, Zamil was instilled with the values of running both sides of a healthcare business from a young age.After entering into a pharmacy partnership in 2011, he went onto develop Australian-first workflows, systems and processes to not only survive in a very competitive metro suburb, but to achieve growth of around 2 million dollars. Following award nominations and accolades, Zamil successfully sold the pharmacy in 2019 for 3x the industry average multiple.Focusing on business development, marketing, sales, human behaviour and entrepreneurial and team psychology, he works with a broad range of clients including small to enterprise businesses from multiple domains within the healthcare ecosystem. Zamil now uses the lessons he learnt and tools he self-developed to maximise the profitability and scale of his own business. He also pairs this knowledge with industry leading methodologies to help health entrepreneurs succeed.
