Mrs. Giti Zarinkelk, P.E., founder and president of Zarinkelk Engineering Services, Inc., has 25 years of experience in the field of civil engineering including planning and design of streets and bridges, water resource facilities, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer collection systems and water systems. She has experience in Program Management as a design engineer and as an engineering manager. She has extensive experience in client relations and agency liaisons. Mrs. Zarinkelk has been active in professional organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for both the American Public Works Association and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and has supported those organizations for many years. She was Distinguished Member of the Year 2000 for SAME and received their Regional VP Medal in 2002. She has published numerous papers related to public and private partnerships.
