By and large, it is almost about 100 years that "Naan Fasaei" (Fasa cookie) is produced in the city, itself, whose precedence goes back to Qashqai Turks, because in those times, they made a kind of local cookie on fire named "Koloucheh" (pancake), and cooking "Koloucheh Fasaei" (Fasa pancake) had been a version of this Qashqai pancake which is also called "Komach".
