Zaserýže is a portal where it brings together interesting information characterizing Asian gastronomy. Our regular activities are Vietnamese cooking class; we talk about Asian culture in public and we like to discuss Vietnam, Asia; accompanying people at the Vietnamese marketplace and telling people about Vietnamese life in the Czech Republic; we organize events where you can taste interesting dishes and see Asia with your own eyes.Although this project originated in 2016, its true story took place earlier. Vietnamese have lived in the Czech Republic for 40 years, but you know very little about them and they about you. Now it's time to change it. Our goal is to create a bridge between the Vietnamese community and Czech society. Czechs have the opportunity to get to know our culture and we do.We published a book: Víc než jen vietnamská kuchařka.
