ZATS Restaurants Inc. is a New Orleans, Louisiana based casual dining restaurant company currently working toward a national chain rollout, with the first operating unit planned to open in 2010. ZATS is planning on a launch of up to 26 restaurants, each with seating for 344 guests. ZATS is a start-up restaurant corporation bringing an authentic, full-flavored Louisiana dining experience to its guests.
