Zulfikar Brothers has been established since 1979 and is a daughter concern of M. A. Bhatti & Co. established since 1946. The company is dealing with the production of Leather & Textile Motorbike protection wear and also in gloves for the famous brands of the world. Our policy in ongoing innovation, latest techniques, perfect fittings, compatible quality and in time delivery which provides satisfaction to our valuable customers. Our management decided to vertically integrate itself in the field of garment manufacturing. This decision of value addition was an immediate success and due to the stringent emphasis on quality production from 50,000 Pcs per year to an annual quantity of more than 150,000 Pcs Garments and 400,000 Pairs of gloves. In view of the yearly expansion, ZB Group increased its human resources with qualified people at all levels. The garments unit has a total covered area of about 30,000 sq. ft. and is one of the most modern, efficient units in Sialkot. ZB Group has more than 800 skilled workers and 500 stitching machines including step machines which are imported from Germany. If required, then our stitching unit still has space for further expansion. ZB Group is currently exporting 100% of its production. The main markets are Europe, UK and USA. We have our own tannery with the annual production capacity of over 6 million Sq. Ft. leather for Garments, Bags and Gloves and we are producing good quality of Cow, Buffalo and Sheep leather.Special care is taken at the time of appointing workers, in order to keep the literacy level at a certain standard. According to the UN Convention (Article # 32.1) on the rights of the Child, a person is a child until the age of 18. We recognize the right of every child to be protected from performing any work hazardous or to interfere with the child's education. The company is ISO-9001 Certified and BSCI and SA-8000 are in progress.
