Zebulon's Goal is to provide Customers with value added services in order to improve the current Business Intelligence Solution by incorporating Integration Services into their current suite of products. We've found that there is a trend within the services environment. Customers do not fully utilize a system's capability and even for the limited functionality used, are charged large sums of money to deliver a service that does not include improvements and cost saving specifically within the business. Zebulon aims to bridge that gap between suppliers and customers so that customer get maximum value for the initial investment, and to have the supplier improve the service delivery offerings to the customer. This gives a dual benefit to both the customer and the supplier. We have worked with many industry suppliers, and have great relationships with them and their customers in turn. With this experience we plan to utilise most of the systems where possible to have interfaces into the business processes. Zebulon's strength lies with the integration between systems. This allows customers to get maximum value between systems that may already had large investments with a company. The integration goal is also to eliminate duplicate data, processes and cost which give the customers return on investments. We focus on customer interaction and prefer to support and liaise with customers directly. This gives a personal touch to our service and also eliminates common misunderstanding and perceptions. We have strict assessment monitoring systems and processes in place to ensure all work Zebulon performs matches our high quality standards. Work is completed according to the same standard for all customers. Zebulon believes that the customer should have the same experience regardless of the person doing the work or the circumstances, so that neither the customer nor Zebulon is ever reliant on a specific resource to deliver exceptional service.
