Nestled in the centre of Digbeth, Zellig, formerly known as Devonshire House, is the original home of the Bird's Custard Factory. This quirky building has been refurbished, filled with art, sculptures and businesses! Our Ground and Lower Ground floors have some wonderful independent shops, including a jewelers, 50's Diner, the Digbeth Art Market, and a VR hub, to name a few. It's also home to Nomad our impressive reception space, complete with meeting pods and comfy sofa area, perfect for team meetings. The upper floors are exclusive access for our tenants, who are an eclectic mix of like minded businesses. These vary hugely, and include software designers, hair dressers, Cake makers and a wedding dress designer.
