Zelsior was founded in 2009 with the objective of delivering excellent ‘Business Process Management' (BPM) services. Able to draw on a wealth of industry knowledge and management experience, Zelsior worked with clients to identify and achieve their BPM objectives using controlled and process-driven methodologies. Our experience across multiple clients identified a key recurring weakness leading to sub-optimal business performance; namely that the majority of an organisation's processes are defined and maintained by separate individuals, with no over-arching methodology or system of control.
