We specialize in YinYoga, Sound Healing and Meditation and partner with local corporations, organizations, and various yoga studios. We seek to offer unique wellness experiences that are beneficial on many levels. Yin Yoga recognizes that our anatomy varies, especially at the skeletal level. My classes are designed to help individuals understand the unique physical differences of each human being, while providing a space to explore their individual body's range of motion. Each student learns how to adapt postures for their body in order to experience optimal benefits. ZSB's goal is to encourage you to understand biomechanics while empowering you to access inner strength and balance.Sound healing reduces stress and anxiety, and encourages positive effects on the nervous system, sleep cycle, mood, and immune system. The vibration and frequency of the instruments help participants to relax and let go of the tendency to fight, flight, or freeze. Sound meditation invokes the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body to locate a sense of peace, calm, and presence.
