The Group's dedicated professionals and its international network of offices are two of the Group's three main strengths.The third is the Group's IT system: a tailor-made application for international management, controlling the entire process from initial claim notification to settlement and, if applicable, recovery. This flexible, web-based application has been coined ECHO. ECHO constitutes the front and back office for the daily handling and settlement of claims and has been developed in-house, in close coorperation with SAP.
