Zero Gap is committed to closing the gender gap in workplace opportunity and access through informal networks, strategic alliances, and social capital. Our fundamental belief is that is that a zero gap world is not acheivable until we have parity in solving the problem. We are launching with a program we call "50/50" dinners aimed at building alliances between men and women to move the needle on gender equality.
