Construction - Detroit, Michigan, United States
The Zero Net Energy Center was Michigan's first large commercial ZNE project. The facility incorporated over nine energy efficient systems and technologies to achieve ZNE status in this 1964 era building in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood. The facility serves as the business headquarters for IBEW Local 58. This project sought to achieve Zero Net and provide a showcase the expertise of IBEW Local 58 members and the NECA contractors involved in the project.
