During the five years I spent in London I personally experienced what coverage problems can really mean. Such basic tasks as giving a simple phone call from my apartment was difficult because there simply was no signal. I also bought 4G SIM from my then-operator – mainly because the coverage maps they provided to me at the shop showed both good out and indoor coverage in my home address. To my disappointment and disbelief, the phone never reached 4G network indoors.I started researching how the situation could be resolved and as a result Certum Phone was initially born.
