The Zhagaram Foundation aims to combat the loss of Tamil culture and language among young members of the Tamil diaspora who did not have access to a formal setting in which to learn about their language and culture. Through language study and instruction in traditional Tamil games. At the Zhagaram Foundation, we believe that everyone - from rural children in India who require access to quality educational facilities, to struggling members of the transgender community seeking entrepreneurial opportunities, to those beset by the plight of homelessness - deserves the chance to empower themselves and enhance their lives, and we are committed to providing them with that chance.
