Zichron Menachem provides support for any young person in Israel under the age of 25 living with cancer, as well as their parents and siblings.Families of all religions and backgrounds turn to Zichron Menachem for the help they need most, be it information, a second opinion from our "clinic of hope", or a break from the punishing routine of medical appointments.Zichron Menachem works closely with Israel's leading medical professionals, who strongly believe that no child can be treated comprehensively without the support we provide.Zichron Menachem's camps and retreats offer children with cancer a chance to recharge their physical and emotional batteries, and escape the challenges and worries they face during treatment. Our camps are more than a fun getaway. Away from home, the children – some of whom are taken straight from the hospital to camp – can fully relax and forget about their illness, while bonding with other kids in a similar situation.Accompanied by a full medical team, the children's physical and emotional needs are catered for, from blood tests and their regular medications to psychological support. Campers return home with increased confidence and a renewed determination to fight their illness.
