In 1965 in Lyon, Alain Schimel founded ZILLI investing in the workshop of an Italian tailor, Teofilo Zilli.The workshop was expanded, new markets were captured, new creations developed.ZILLI launched the Luxury leather jacket and the Sporty Chic Style with a single desire: to remain faithful to the culture of quality. This heritage is ceaselessly present today in all the workshops. From the selection process right through to adding the Haute Couture finishing touches, exclusive and rare materials require a rare form of expertise that our experienced artisans have perfected over the years. International development has led to new lines being created: shirts and made-to-measure shirts, suits, knitwear, jeans, shoes, ties, leather goods, luggage, jewellery and eyewear etc. In addition to ZILLI's designs, we offer a service dedicated to creating personalised projects or special orders.ZILLI is established all over the world with a network of 40 boutiques and a hundred multi-brand sales outlets. In 2021, NEGMA GROUP and FAI made the acquisition of ZILLI with the aim to consolidate the brand and to set it up as a key player in luxury menswear, highlight its identity and the history that it has built up over more than 50 years and capitalize on its Lyon-based expertise.
