Whether that be dealing with a specific conflict situation, investigating complaints and claims or building skills and capability within the workforce to improve ongoing conflict management, engagement and resolution long term. Conflict processes and interventions offered include: conflict coaching, mediation, group conferencing and facilitation. FACILITATIONWorking collaboratively with clients to design and facilitate engaging workshops with tangible outcomes, particularly in the areas of vision creation, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration and organisational transformation. LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENTWorking with individual leaders and leadership teams to inspire, reflect, motivate and collaborate with the aim of building exemplary leadership practices. Services range from co-designing and facilitating leadership programs through to individual coaching. ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATIONUsing service design techniques to support the develop and successful delivery of transformation programs including; culture reform, human-centred product, service and process design and customer experience programs.
